Policies

Tuition

• Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.

• After the 10th a late fee of $25 will be added to your account. After the 20th an additional $25 late fee will be added.

• Tuition is charged regardless of missed lessons unless a Doctor's note is provided.
  
  
• If Kinder Swimmer closes the pool for any reason it will be our first priority to place you into another available class. If this is not possible, we will issue you a make-up token.
  
  
• If you wish to discontinue. Please do so through your family portal and or call the office. We require a one-week notice prior to the end of the month. Otherwise, there is a $45 (per child) early enrollment cancellation fee.
• A $45 annual registration fee is charged per family at the beginning of the family's calendar year.

Vacation

• You can discontinue anytime during the month.
  
  
• You are welcome to give or sell your vacation classes to someone you know who would like to try our program or would like to have a few extra classes.
  
  
• Casual classes are also available if you are in town for a short time.
  
  
• You can come one to six days per week; it's up to you.

Pool Rules

• Please drive safely and slowly as there are children present.
  
  
• All siblings must remain poolside with a responsible adult at all times.
  
  
• To keep students and families safe, there is no running on the premises.
  
  
• Children are not allowed to play in the yards or parking lots of our pools.
  
  
• Any child not completely potty trained must wear a swim diaper.  Swim diapers are available for purchase at the pool for $3.00.
